Cancellation Policy

Therefore, we have created a flexible cancellation policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your reservation up to 2 days before a full refund without any cancellation fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time, you will be charged for the first night’s stay.
Modification Policy:
You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to a rate change.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not cancel your reservation and do not arrive at the hotel, you will be charged for the first night’s stay, and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel your reservation by our cancellation policy, any payments made will be not refundable.
Exceptions:
Certain rates and special offers may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.
